- How long does it take to arrive in the island?Your packages usually takes less than a week to get to Jamaica, as soon as we receive your packages at our warehouse facility in Miami, we immediately prepare them for freight to Jamaica, which travels up to 3x a week.
- How is freight calculated?Freight is calculated based on the shipping weight of the item as well as any other customs charge for items US$100 and over.
- Which method of shipping is faster?Air freight is the fastest way to transport packages, but is also the most costly, for more details don’t hesitate to reach out to us today.
- What items are prohibited by Jamaica Customs?

- Will I be receiviung notifications about my packages?
a. Yes as soon as we receive your package at our Miami warehouse an email will be sent to you as a pre-alert to inform you that we have received the package.
b. Once the package has arrived in Jamaica another email will be sent to you alerting you of its arrival.
c. As soon as the package has been processed at the airport in Kingston, another email will be sent to notify you that the process is completed.
d. The final email will be sent once your package is at our pick-up location and is ready to be collected, along with any outstanding balances.
